Giving Expression to Childhood Dreams

When I first heard about the Himalayas at six years old, tales of the high mountains and deep blue skies captivated me and I painted a tree based on my imagination of what it might look like there. Six year old Abraham was delighted when I found this tree in Nepal eighteen years later, and I let him make all the creative decisions when editing this image. Giving expression to childhood dreams seems to be a pretty good recipe for joy.
